• By opting in for the daily Take Me Fishin’ Prize Drop, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• To qualify for a prize, you need to play real money spins on any participating game with any bet stake.
• You can win a maximum of two (2) prizes every daily Take Me Fishin’ Prize Drop.
• Prizes are awarded randomly on any spin played with a Qualifying Bet. Each Qualifying Bet can trigger only one random prize at a time.
• Prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake (i.e the multiplier received multiplied by (X) bet stake, where the bet stake cannot exceed maxBet for prize payout), or Free Spins (as defined below). • Free Spins prizes ("Free Spins") are awarded as ten (10) free spins in the same game wherethe prize was won, at the same bet stake placed to win the prize. How to play
1. Play at least one (1) real money spin of minBet on any of the participating games (“Qualifying Bet”).
2. Collect at least one (1) leaderboard point to qualify for prizes. You will earn points for win multipliers (win/bet) that exceed the value of one (1).
3. All win multipliers will be added together during the tournament. (For example, if you win €50 on a €1 bet, you will earn 50 points. If your next win is €10 on a €1 bet, you will earn 10 points, bringing your total score to 60).

Mega Tournament – General Terms & Conditions

• To take part in the Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament, you are required to join or opt-in for the tournament through any of the participating games.
• By opting in for the Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• To qualify for a prize, you need to play real money spins on any participating games with a minimum bet stake of minBet and collect at least one leaderboard point to qualify for prizes.
• No tournament points are rewarded for game play prior to opt-in, and points will not be rewarded retroactively.
• The Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament’s prizes are awarded as a Luxury Fishing Trip to the Bahamas, or fixed cash amounts according to the final leaderboard positions at the end of the tournament. Winners are ranked in descending order, from the highest to the lowest position, according to their final score.
• The Luxury Fishing Trip to the Bahamas equates to a total of €35,000 (or the currency equivalent) and includes transportation, 5-night accommodation, meals, and a private fishing trip for 2 persons and other activities within the prize budget based on winner’s preference. Any additional costs and insurances for the trip are the sole responsibility of the prize recipients.
• The prize is non-transferable, and winners can request to be exchanged for withdrawable cash as stipulated by the market regulations of the winning player.
• Pragmatic Play is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the winner and the accompanying individual as a result of accepting and using their prize.
• If the winner directly tags Pragmatic Play in a social media post, they grant the company permission to reshare the post on its official social media accounts without requiring further written consent. • The score is calculated as the total sum of all wins multipliers received during the Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament. Points are earned for every spin played with a Qualifying Bet that results in a win multiplier (win divided by stake) exceeding one (1). Win multipliers with decimals above 0.5 are rounded up to the next whole number, while those under 0.5 are rounded down to zero (0).
• If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus feature or Free Spins feature) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”) or place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet, the Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament score will be calculated based on the corresponding Bonus Buy or special bet amount, and not the base bet amount.
• If a Bonus/Free Spins feature is triggered during gameplay and you reach the maximum multiplier win before all Free Spins are completed, the remaining Free Spins will be forfeited. The total amount won, including any wins from the initial spin, will count toward your Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament score.
• If you win a Jackpot in any participating game, the Jackpot win will not be counted for the tournament score.
• If the auto-play feature is in use and if you navigate away from the in-progress game to view the tournament promotional menu, the auto-play feature will not be paused or stopped.
• In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based onwho reached the points score first.
